Meloria candles are characterized by their extremely shiny finish created by our craftsmen who, through ancient techniques, are able to create a modern and avant-garde product. Each candle is colored, first by getting dipped in a bath of special opaque wax. After at least 24 hours, the candle is dipped again, this time in a natural paint, with a cellulose base that, unlike the industrial ones that can be packaged in 20 minutes only,this one takes up to 6 days to dry completely.
Temperature and humidity are fundamental: if these conditions are not ideal, processing is suspended. Once ready, before being packaged, each candle is subjected to a final quality control carried out by the expert eye of our craftsmen. They will be the ones to establish whether it deserves the excellence brand of “Meloria”.
